Grievance Redressal Procedure

LEVEL 1

Please approach your Branch Manager / Branch Operations Manager for any feedback / complaints that you wish to lodge with us. Our officers will assist in resolving the issues for you.

You may also register your feedback / complaints online through the website “Contact us" link.

LEVEL 2

If you have not received a satisfactory response at Level 1 within 7 working days, please send an e mail to our Nodal Officer at nodalofficer@veritasfin.in

If your complaint remains unresolved/ response not satisfied at bank level within a month of lodging the complaint with bank, then you can write to Ombudsman.
